Deck Installation & Repair Has its Nuances

We talked last time about calling a professional for deck installation and repair. I would like to amend this statement and say that it is possible to do it yourself, though it is extremely challenging and there are some circumstances where you shouldn't. Installing a deck that is simply a small extension of your front porch is not difficult. That is simply a few materials and proper leveling. Anything that becomes a part of the home though should be considered difficult, and that is where you should call a professional. Just to clarify.
