The only issue was that the crew installed a 4x4 that was in bad shape. Upon inspection I said that I wanted it changed out and they told me it would be "too hard." I called Paul, who initially did my estimate and was there on site for the construction. He came and looked it and they had to stay an additional 30-40 minutes to change out the 4x4. The issue could have been avoided if the installation crew had used some quality control and not installed a busted 4x4.
